We are a 35-strong team of doers and critical thinkers focussed on numbers and scaling successful business. Amongst us are seasoned accounts and tax agents with over 15 years experience, technology enthusiasts, and efficiency aficionados. We are all raving fans of Australian entrepreneurs daring to change the way the world works.
Leadership
Nailia Alimova, CFO
Nailia is a highly experienced and accomplished finance leader and entrepreneur. Active for several years in the Australian scaleup community, she is a trusted advisor to many successful Australian businesses expanding internationally.
Nailia has an enviable sense of purpose, energy, and authenticity. She has helped over 50 Australian businesses raise more than $200m in capital, employ staff from two to 100, and expand internationally.
Nailia is driven to help daring Australians change the way the word works. As an entrepreneur working in finance, she knows how to raise money and apply that economic growth model to a business. She is keen to share her broad financial and investment knowledge with Australian founders so they can scale with confidence.
